In support of the NIH Clinical Center's mission to train the next generation of clinician-scientists, the Office of Clinical Research Training and Medical Education (OCRTME) encourages you to explore the training and educational opportunities offered by America's research hospital.
From high school through college and medical school, and throughout your professional career, we are here to serve you:
- Summer Research Internship Program: High school, undergraduate, graduate, and medical/dental students
- Year-out Research Enrichment Programs: Medical and dental students interested in spending a year doing basic, clinical, and translational research
- Clinical Rotations: Medical and dental students and residents seeking hands-on experience in clinical trials
- Graduate Medical Education: Residents and clinical fellows pursuing specialty or sub-specialty training
- Sabbatical in Clinical Research Management: Experienced researchers and health professionals interested in the management of clinical research
- Innovative Courses: Current and future clinician-scientists and other health professionals
