NIH needs your help to better understand complications of obesity, asthma, stomach cancer

NICHD seeks adults who are overweight, have high blood pressure and/or pre-diabetes to participate in a study. Researchers are examining the effects of the medication, colchicine on the complications of obesity. Compensation is provided. Refer to study 14-CH-0119.

Have you been diagnosed with stomach cancer? NCI researchers at the NIH Clinical Center need volunteers 18 or older with stomach cancer that has spread to the abdomen for a study at the NIH Clinical Center combining surgery with heated chemotherapy as a potential new treatment for stomach cancer. Refer to study #17-C-0070.

NHLBI researchers seek adults with asthma to participate in a study to learn more about what causes persistent symptoms in some patients with asthma. Refer to study #13-H-0059.
