Dr. Jesse Matsubara supports research in the Neurorehabilitation and Biomechanics Lab and the wider NIH community through clinical and quantitative biomechanics assessments. His professional interest is quantitative gait analysis.


Dr. Jesse Matsubara is a doctoral-level physical therapist in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department. Prior to joining NIH in 2016, he worked as physical therapist for the Illinois Bone and Joint Institute in Morton Grove, Ill. He is a fluent English and Spanish speaker.
