Labyrinth at NIH

At this time, we are not hosting labyrinths in the hospital. Health and safety are our main concerns. Instead, you may "finger-walk" the pattern in this Labyrinth.

NIH Labyrinth

What is a labyrinth?

An ancient practice of circling to the center. This practice crosses many cultures and religious traditions. Open to all visitors, staff and patients.

What are the benefits?

The act of walking the labyrinth can calm the mind and enhance awareness and insight.

Where can I find this?

The Labyrinth is not currently being hosted at the hospital. Please check back for updates.
