Healthy Volunteers Needed
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)
Researchers at the National Institutes of Health(NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, are testing a new vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). RSV is a common respiratory virus that usually causes mild, cold-like symptoms. However, RSV can be serious for infants and older adults. This study is testing the safety of an experimental vaccine and if it causes any side effects.
You may participate if you are:
- Healthy between 18-50 years old
- Not pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant during the upcoming year
Compensation is provided for your participation.
Location: The NIH Clinical Center, America's research hospital, is conveniently located on the Metro Red Line (Medical Center stop) in Bethesda, Maryland.
