The National Institutes of Health invites candidates with strong leadership credentials and a proven record of interdisciplinary collaborations to apply for the position of Chief of the Pharmacy Department at the NIH Clinical Center. The Clinical Center Pharmacy provides clinical research support for a cadre of intramural translational programs. As Chief, the incumbent will foster excellence and provide a high-level of strategic leadership in pharmacy practice, research support, training, and collaborative initiatives. The incumbent will oversee the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, including intravenous admixture, compounding, clinical pharmacy specialist services, and complex investigational drug management. In addition, the Chief will be accountable for developing and implementing innovative novel approaches that reduce medication errors, improve patient safety, increase research efficiency, and improve pharmacy services overall.

Clinical Research Fellow – Radiology AI, Radiology & Imaging Sciences Department

The NIH Imaging Biomarkers and Computer-Aided Diagnosis Laboratory, part of the Radiology & Imaging Sciences Department, is seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to support research and clinical efforts in computer-assisted diagnosis and the identification of imaging-based disease biomarkers. The overarching goal of the lab is to effectively harness patient data and develop tools that are rooted in image analysis, machine- and deep-learning principles for imaging-based biomarker identification. While a specialization in radiology may be preferred, it is not required and non-radiologist physicians are encouraged to apply. The incumbent will work closely with a team of computer scientists, post-doctoral scholars and other trainees.
This is a full-time postdoctoral fellow appointment through the NIH Intramural Research Training Award (IRTA) Program or Visiting Fellow Program.

The National Institutes of Health is seeking a Program Analyst (Emergency Management) for a position located in the Office of Hospital Administrative Services (OHAS) with the Office of the Executive Officer. OHAS is responsible for overseeing a variety of programs that provide Clinical-wide services to the NIH, Clinical Center and to its staff. These programs include emergency management which is responsible for managing and coordinating the operational and administrative functions and activities for a comprehensive emergency management program in the Clinical Center.
