How do I schedule a telehealth visit with my NIH provider?

What application does the NIH Clinical Center use for telehealth visits?
The NIH Clinical Center utilizes Microsoft Teams. There is no need for patients to create an account in Teams, you can join your telehealth visit as a guest. Be sure to download the app on your mobile device prior to your appointment. If you are using a desktop computer, it is recommended that you use Chrome as your browser.
How do I join my telehealth visit?
You should have received an email with a link to join the visit. If you did not receive an email please contact our Telehealth Concierge Service at 855-644-6445, Monday through Friday (except holidays) 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
